Mūsu secinājums
Lendermarket holds a crowdfunding licence from the Central Bank of Ireland (since 17 December 2024) and has grown from three active lenders in 2025 to nine in 2026, but its largest and longest-standing lender, Creditstar Group, shares its owner, SA Financial Investments OÜ. Between 2022 and 2024 Creditstar repayments sat in pending payments for long periods — independent coverage reports waits of up to 720 days — before Lendermarket reportedly announced them settled in October 2025. The operator itself lost EUR 1.12 million in 2025, and its auditor reported a material going-concern uncertainty, with continuation depending on support from group companies. The licence is real, but it does not cover the separate Claims Assignment Service, and it does not protect against the related-party risk that matters most here.
Lasīt mūsu pilno Lendermarket apskatuRegulējums, ienesīgums, maksas, riski un mūsu secinājums detalizēti (angļu valodā).Kas darbojas
- Crowdfunding service provider authorisation from the Central Bank of Ireland since 17 December 2024 (ref. C513967)
- Nine lenders listed in 2026, up from three active in 2025
- No purchase, management or deposit fees, and a EUR 10 minimum per loan
- Creditstar Group, the main lender, reported a EUR 13.5 million net profit for 2025, audited by KPMG Baltics
Kas nedarbojas
- Related-party lender: Lendermarket and Creditstar Group are both owned by SA Financial Investments OÜ, so the platform is rating and chasing its own sister company
- Creditstar pending payments built up between 2022 and 2024 and were reported settled only in October 2025; up to six 30-day extensions can still delay the buyback
- The operator lost EUR 1.12 million in 2025 and its auditor reported a material uncertainty on going concern
- No secondary market, a 3.5% fee to exit Auto Invest FLEX early, and the Claims Assignment Service sits outside the licence and its protections
Kam tas piemērots
Investors who have read the Creditstar pending-payment history, spread money across lenders, and keep Lendermarket a small, deliberate position rather than a core holding.
