Our verdict
Digilo is a licensed platform with a sensible structure at a scale far too small to judge. Its operator, CSP Growth Solutions SIA, holds a real ECSP licence from Latvijas Banka, every loan must be secured on property with an independent appraisal, client money is held at Lemonway, investors pay no fees, and a statistics page is refreshed hourly. But since launching in April 2026 it has funded five projects, EUR 108,946 in total, and paid EUR 714 of interest (21 September 2026), so nothing yet shows how it handles a default. Part of the early book refinances loans from its own group's lender, and the company holding investors' security, CSP Assets SIA, belongs to the same group — the structure is the reason to look, the related parties are the reason to keep it small.
Read our full Digilo reviewRegulation, returns, fees, risks and our verdict — in depth. What works
- ECSP licence No. 27-10/2025/222 from Latvijas Banka, dated 16 September 2025 and confirmed on the public register
- Every loan must be secured on real estate with an independent appraisal; the loan in funding on 21 September 2026 showed a 37% LTV
- No investor fees under the terms, and client money is held at Lemonway rather than by Digilo
- Funded volume, projects, investors, interest paid and defaults are published and refreshed hourly
What doesn't
- Related parties on both sides: some loans refinance the group's own lending, and the collateral agent is a group company rather than an independent trustee
- No history: five loans since June 2026 and EUR 714 of interest paid, and an independent reviewer reports one project in arrears while the statistics page shows no defaults
- No secondary market and no early exit, with loan terms of 12–36 months
- The group's Latvijas Hipotēka business was fined EUR 50,000 by Latvia's consumer authority PTAC in 2019 over a reverse-lease product for consumers in distress
Who this is for
Investors who want to follow a new, licensed property-lending platform with a small amount they can leave for three years, in loans whose LTV and ownership history they have checked.
How the score breaks down
How this score is calculatedEach dimension is scored 0–10 from documented inputs, then multiplied by its weight and summed. Nothing is rounded until the end.
Figure taken from: digilo.co · Sep 19, 2026 · Advertised range 9-12%. Digilo's own statistics page reports a realised average of 10.86% — across five projects and EUR 109k funded, which is too small a sample to publish as an average.
