Notre verdict
Nectaro has a stronger legal base than its age suggests: SIA Nectaro holds investment firm licence No. 27-55/2023/3 from Latvijas Banka, issued 29 March 2023, its Notes are issued under prospectuses approved by Latvijas Banka, its 2025 accounts were audited by BDO Assurance, and the Latvian compensation scheme covers 90% of losses up to €20,000 if Nectaro itself fails — not loan defaults. The credit risk underneath is narrow: every lending company belongs to the privately held Dyninno group, about two-thirds of the book is loans to group companies via Abele Finance, and the 60-day buyback and the parent guarantee come from the same group. The platform, launched in October 2023, lost €1.43 million in 2025 and relies on capital from its parent. Buying here is one bet on one private group.
