P2P lending fees compared: what the seven licensed platforms we rate highest charge
Deposits, investing, withdrawals, selling early and idle cash: what Lande, Debitum, Nectaro, Indemo, Twino, Mintos and EstateGuru charge investors, and where the fees hide.
Fees rarely decide whether a P2P investment works out, but they are one of the few costs you can see in advance. A fee of 1% a year sounds small next to a 10% interest rate, yet it is money you pay in good years and bad ones. The good news: most of the licensed platforms we rate highest charge investors little or nothing.
This guide compares what the seven platforms that score 6.0 or more on our site charge for deposits, investing, withdrawals, selling early and leaving cash idle. The figures come from each platform's own price list or help centre, as checked for our reviews in September 2026. Platforms change their prices, so check the current list before you invest.

The short version
- No investor fees at all: Lande, Nectaro and Indemo.
- No fees for deposits, withdrawals or investing: Debitum.
- Free basics, but watch the inactivity fee: Twino.
- Small yearly fees for convenience: Mintos (on its automated portfolios) and EstateGuru (on invested money).
Lande: nothing charged to investors
Lande lends to farm businesses, and its terms state that all fees and commissions are paid by the borrower. For investors that makes it one of the simplest platforms to use.
- Free account, investing and auto-invest.
- No fee to sell on the secondary market, where loans change hands at par.
- Withdrawals are free, according to its help centre.
- Euros only, so there is no currency exchange fee.
Good to know: the cost sits inside the loan. If a loan goes to enforcement, collection costs and the platform's or collateral agent's costs are paid before principal. Bullet loans and defaulted loans cannot be sold on the secondary market.
Debitum: free deposits, withdrawals and investing
Debitum, a licensed investment firm focused on business loans, charges investors nothing for the everyday steps. It earns its money from the partners and issuers that raise funds on the platform.
- Deposits are free from Debitum's side, by SEPA transfer or internet-banking payment (€10 minimum for the latter). Your own bank may charge.
- Withdrawals are free and usually processed within three business days.
- Investing and auto-invest cost nothing.
- Debitum Flow, launched in September 2026, has no exit fee.
Good to know: Debitum's investment service agreement allows a monthly account maintenance fee after the sixth month, at an amount set in its price list. We could not find that price list on Debitum's public pages, so check it in your account before leaving a balance idle for long. There is no secondary market.
Nectaro: a price list of zeros
Nectaro's published price list shows no investor fees. Registration, deposits, investing, withdrawals, account servicing, statements, inactive accounts and closing your account are all listed as free. Nectaro earns commission from the lending companies that raise money through it.
- Free withdrawals of uninvested cash, carried out within five business days under its terms.
- No inactivity fee on the current price list.
- Euros only.
Good to know: Nectaro's terms still allow a price list fee and monthly fees after six months of inactivity, even though the current price list sets them at zero. The lending companies belong to the same group as Nectaro, and there is no secondary market, so plan to hold each series of Notes to maturity.
Indemo: free to use
Indemo's FAQ states that opening an account, depositing, investing and withdrawing are all free, and we found no inactivity fee in its published fee information.
- From €10 per Note, including with AutoInvest.
- Withdrawals from €10, processed in 1–2 business days, plus up to two days for the bank transfer.
Good to know: Indemo and its Spanish partner Tamarindo Vector are paid from the deals themselves, through a profit share and an early repayment fee if a deal is repaid early; foreclosure costs also come out of recoveries first. There is no secondary market or early exit yet, and the 15.1% shown on our site is a target, not a result.
Twino: free basics, with one fee to watch
Twino lists registration, investing, deposits and withdrawals to EU/EEA bank accounts as free, and you can start from €1.
- No fee to sell on the secondary market, although you set the price yourself.
- Free withdrawals to an EU/EEA bank account in your name; withdrawals outside the EU/EEA cost €35.
Good to know: Twino charges an inactivity fee of €10 a month. It applies after six months with no active investments, or after six months without a new investment unless your available cash is below €50 or below 15% of your portfolio. Reinvesting, moving cash to FLEXI or withdrawing it avoids the fee. Twino also warns that secondary market sales can happen at discounts of up to 29.9%.
Mintos: small fees for convenience
Mintos is our highest-scored platform, and the basics are free: bank transfer deposits, all withdrawals and manual investing cost nothing. Euro withdrawals to a bank that supports SEPA Instant usually arrive in about 30 minutes. Fees apply mainly when you let Mintos do the work.
- Core Loans: 0.39% a year. Custom Loans: 0.29% a year. Manual investing has no management fee.
- Cashing out from Core Loans is free; selling on the secondary market costs 0.85% of the amount sold, and buying is free.
- Card, Apple Pay and Google Pay deposits: 2%. A bank transfer does the same job for free.
- Currency exchange: from 0.50%, depending on the currency pair.
Good to know: Mintos charges an inactivity fee of €4.90 a month if there has been no activity for 360 days and the account holds no non-loan products. There is no minimum balance threshold, so a forgotten account can be emptied over time.
EstateGuru: fees for property loans
EstateGuru has lent against property since 2014 and has added investor fees since late 2023. Deposits by SEPA transfer are free, and the fees are clearly published.
- AUM fee: 0.083% a month of your performing outstanding principal, roughly 1% a year. It is taken only from returns you actually receive, is capped at €100, and applies to investments made after 1 November 2023.
- Secondary market: 1% of the sale amount, paid by the seller. EstateGuru cut it from 3% in November 2025, and buying is free.
- Withdrawals: €3 each, so it pays to withdraw larger amounts less often.
Good to know: an inactive account fee of up to €10 a month applies if you hold available cash but have made no new investment for 12 months. EstateGuru sends a seven-day notice each month so you can avoid it by investing or withdrawing.
Tax: the cost that isn't on the price list
This is general information, not tax advice. Five of the seven platforms withhold Latvian tax on interest: Mintos, Debitum, Nectaro, Indemo and Twino. For EU/EEA private investors who provide their tax details, the rate is usually 5%; different rules apply to residents of Latvia and Lithuania. Lande and EstateGuru pay interest gross, without withholding. In most countries you still declare the interest at home, where the tax already withheld may be credited.
Before you choose
- Look at the whole cost. A platform with no fees is not automatically cheaper: defaults, idle cash and tax usually matter more. We label every rate on this site as an average the platform publishes, an advertised maximum or a target. Our net return calculator helps you estimate what is left after all of them.
- Read the full reviews. Each one covers fees, protection and how to get your money out: Lande, Debitum, Nectaro, Indemo, Twino, Mintos and EstateGuru. How we score is explained in our methodology.
P2P lending is not a savings account: there is no deposit guarantee, returns are not guaranteed and you can lose money. Investor compensation, where it exists, covers the platform failing, not loans that go wrong. Our risk guide explains how.
