Notre verdict
Bondora has lent since 2008, and Go & Grow, its flagship product, pools the consumer loans of one lender, Bondora AS, at a rate capped at up to 6% a year, with returns above the cap retained as a buffer. In normal times withdrawals complete within up to three business days for a flat €1, and the product paid everyone through its one real test, the 2020 pandemic, when Partial Payouts slowed withdrawals to daily instalments. The rate is a cap, not a promise: Go & Grow states that the product falls under no regulatory framework, and no deposit guarantee or compensation scheme stands behind the balance. The Secondary Market closed on 30 September 2025, and in 2026 Go&Grow OÜ, the company holding investors' agreements, was separated from the audited Bondora Group.

- Bondora has lent since 2008, and Go & Grow paid out through its one stress episode, the 2020 pandemic
- Rate capped at up to 6% a year, with returns above the cap retained as a buffer rather than paid out
- Bondora Group AS reported a €9.5m net profit on €62.7m revenue in 2025, audited by KPMG Baltics
- Very simple: one balance, no sign-up or management fees, and a flat €1 per withdrawal
Ce qui ne fonctionne pas
- Go & Grow falls under no regulatory framework; Bondora AS's Estonian FSA credit-provider licence covers lending, not investing, and no compensation scheme applies
- Withdrawals can be switched to daily Partial Payouts with no published trigger or time limit, as happened in 2020
- All loans come from one lender, and the Secondary Market closed on 30 September 2025, leaving no second exit
- No published reserve size, gross yield or loss rate, and Go&Grow OÜ's own accounts sit outside the audited Bondora Group since 2026
À qui cela s'adresse
Investors who value simple, usually quick access over yield and want a modest, liquid slice of a loan allocation, not a home for an emergency fund.
